OYSTER SHUCKING CLASS

PNW Oyster Shucking Class + Bubbles

Every 3rd Thursday* | 5:30PM-7PM | $90 per person

Join us for a hands-on shucking class led by Executive Chef Alejandro Ayala. You'll enjoy a beginner's course in PNW "merroir" and learn the art of properly shucking.

The evening begins with a welcome reception including bubbles, cheese, and charcuterie in a different corner of the hotel each time, from Rosebay Cocktail Lounge to The Nineteenth Golf Suite to the Greenhouse on the 4th floor. Part of the fun is not knowing where you'll land until you arrive.
